In Short

• Work with the team on defining the selection gaps based on the department & business strategy.
• Work with the team to achieve the objectives and the targets of the department from a sales perspective.
• Identify and source key consumer trends in the market.
• Source & negotiate deals with merchants to onboard them on Careem’s platform.
• Ensure a proper onboarding for the merchants in coordination with the other functions.
• Handover the account to the account managers after getting the first order delivered to the customer.
• Collaborate with the other teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for the merchants, operations, training, account management, legal and finance teams.
• This role is an on field role where you should expect to spend 80% of your time on field.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any field, sales experience is a plus.
• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• You are an excellent communicator with strong influencing skills.
• Driving license and own car.
• Grittiness. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and address something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away.
