Overview

As a Lead/Senior Product Manager – ETA & Routing, you will be at the heart of Careem’s mission to simplify and improve lives in the region. You will lead the strategy and execution for marketplace dynamics, focusing on optimizing matching efficiency, enhancing reliability, and delivering delightful experiences to both Captains and Customers.

In Short

• Develop and execute strategies to improve real-time matching of Captains and Customers.
• Drive improvements in supply-demand balance to reduce cancellations and waiting times.
• Increase order fulfillment rates across markets.
• Design and implement dynamic pricing algorithms.
• Conduct elasticity studies on pricing sensitivity.
• Enhance ETA optimization through predictive models.
• Define and monitor KPIs for marketplace performance.
• Lead A/B testing for product and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment.
• Ensure customer needs are reflected in product decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience with marketplace platforms or dynamic pricing.
• Strong analytical mindset with actionable insights.
• Proficient in data visualization tools.
• Experience with A/B testing and iteration cycles.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
