In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions for real-time and accurate data insights.
• Optimize and automate dashboards and reports to fulfill day-to-day data and analytics requests.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and drive growth and operational excellence.
• Conduct A/B testing and evaluate business interventions to measure their success.
• Act as the first point of contact for all business data queries.
• Translate complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.
• Perform structured analyses to answer key business questions and derive actionable insights.
• Communicate complex findings clearly, both written and verbally, to various audiences.
• Deliver concise, actionable presentations or reports to guide decision-making.

Requirements

• A passionate commitment to improving the lives of people and focusing on excellence and customer-centricity.
• Enthusiasm for understanding business contexts and driving data-driven decisions.
• 4-6 years of experience in analytics roles within high-growth tech startups or data-driven environments.
• Strong analytical skills and passion for working with large datasets.
• Expertise in writing SQL queries for large data sets.
• Proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes, building pipelines, and transforming structured or unstructured data.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytics requests and deliver actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
