Content Designer - Remote

In Short

• Translate briefs from the food marketing team into visually compelling assets for digital and social campaigns.
• Execute end-to-end design work for online campaigns, with occasional support on offline assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in both the Creative Studio and the Food Marketing vertical.
• Participate in creative reviews and iterate based on feedback.
• Maintain consistency with Careem's brand guidelines across all outputs.
• Stay informed on design trends, especially AI-assisted design tools and techniques.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in content or graphic design, with strong emphasis on digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), with working knowledge of Figma.
• Exposure to or interest in AI tools and workflows in design (e.g. generative design, automation).
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital campaign design work.
• Experience working in-house or in close collaboration with marketing teams preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High degree of proactivity; ability to seek out briefs and initiate work without waiting for detailed input.
