Technical Recruiter - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting. You’ll work on identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent across various tech departments, including Engineering, QA, IT, etc. You'll play a crucial role in building our technical teams, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process to meet hiring needs across the company, focusing on technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for passive technical candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Deliver a consistent high-quality candidate experience.
• Collaborate as a strategic partner with technical leaders across the business.
• Maintain a passive pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
• Track and report on pipeline metrics and recruiting performance.
• Participate in continuous strategic talent acquisition process improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct and report noncompliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a full-cycle Technical Recruiter.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for various technical roles.
• Expertise in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms.
• Experience working in Greenhouse preferred.
• A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
