IT Security Engineer - Remote

Overview

Capital Markets Gateway LLC is seeking an experienced IT Security Engineer to lead endpoint security and compliance across a globally distributed fleet of devices.

In Short

• Lead endpoint security for macOS, Windows, and mobile devices.
• Architect and maintain secure baselines using MDM tooling.
• Implement identity workflows in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Drive automated patch management for OS and third-party applications.
• Utilize scripting for remediation, compliance, and telemetry.
• Integrate with Microsoft security stack and improve security posture.
• Monitor device health and investigate anomalies.
• Support secure networking controls for endpoint updates.
• Document policies, scripts, and procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex problems effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing macOS and Windows in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools like Intune or Kandji.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash/Zsh.
• Expertise in patch management and compliance reporting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 security tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or C2).
• Comfortable with CLI tooling for policy deployment.
