Frontend Engineer (React) - Latin America - Remote

Overview

Capital Markets Gateway LLC (CMG) is looking for a Front-End Engineer to build efficient, elegant, and intuitive user interfaces for enterprise solutions in the financial industry, focusing on React.

In Short

• Develop and maintain complex user interfaces for web applications using React.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional code.
• Work with back-end engineers to ensure product requirements are met.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Contribute to overall quality through E2E Tests.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and trends.
• Participate in regular code reviews and team discussions.
• Engage in research and prototyping for impactful engineering decisions.
• Experience in fintech is a plus.
• Work in a fully remote environment with flexible hours.

Requirements

• English level - C1 or C2
• React: 3+ years
• Software engineering: 5+ years
• JavaScript state management (i.e. redux, mobx)
• Modern CSS (i.e. flexbox, css-in-js)
• Unit and component testing (i.e. jest, mocha)
• E2E testing (i.e. playwright, cypress)
• Monorepo management tools (i.e. NX)
• .NET is a plus
