Overview

As a Senior Consultant on the Banking and Payments team at Capco, you will work in a fast-paced team setting, alongside industry experts, to craft optimal strategies used to solve complex client problems in the financial services sector.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a banking environment as a business analyst or similar role.
• Experience in management or technology consulting preferred.
• Broad knowledge of financial services including consumer and business banking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
• Agile experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
