As a member of our Data Protection & AI Governance Team, you will work at the intersection of data protection, regulatory compliance, and the rapidly evolving field of AI ethics and governance. You will contribute to building robust strategies that shape our clients' futures.

In Short

• Guide clients in defining and implementing data protection and AI governance strategies.
• Monitor and interpret developments in global and industry-specific AI and data privacy regulations.
• Identify risks and gaps in client programs related to data protection.
• Leverage frameworks like NIST AI RMF and ISO standards to create governance models.
• Draft policies that integrate privacy-by-design principles.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions for data protection.
• Develop insights on AI risk management and data privacy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with AI governance frameworks and insurance industry standards.
• Familiarity with operational privacy-by-design practices.
• Awareness of US state privacy laws impacting automated decision-making.
• Experience in implementing IT and Information Security initiatives.
• Strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and data management tools.
• Ability to synthesize technical and regulatory insights into business strategies.
• Preferred certifications: CIPP, CIPM, CDPSE, CIPT, CISSP.
