Overview

As Canva’s Education Marketing Community Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to introduce Canva for Education to teachers, guiding them to fall in love with our brand, product, and values.

In Short

• Lead the growth and engagement of the Education Community Program.
• Organize and execute impactful online and offline events.
• Create and deliver culturally relevant educational content.
• Partner with Growth Marketing and Social teams for integrated campaigns.
• Cultivate and expand the Canvassador community.
• Collaborate with local associations to drive engagement.
• Grow the active user base of Canva for Education.
• Act as the local expert on education trends.
• Collaborate with the education sales team for growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Deep experience in community management.
• Experience in senior marketing roles, particularly in education or edtech.
• Skilled with community management tools.
• Experience in event planning and coordination.
• Confident public speaker with webinar facilitation experience.
• Creative thinker with content creation experience.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in balancing long-term strategy with short-term needs.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
