In Short

• Define, get buy-in and implement the holistic vision of a world class internal cloud
• Setup, maintain and update the technical design roadmap and guidelines for the SREs within IS
• Collaborate with cloud-ops software development teams for a highly standardized operation
• Provide management with input and advice on technology and business cases
• Lead technical choices for self-service product solutions
• Collaborate with security teams to set best practices
• Automate operations for reuse across large companies
• Design service architecture and operational procedures
• Analyze incidents for structural improvements

Requirements

• Exceptional academic track record
• Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or relevant experience
• Confidence to exchange feedback and ideas
• Track record of outstanding results
• Extensive knowledge of cloud computing concepts
• Practical knowledge of Linux networking and firewalls
• Experience with production outages and incident response
• Passion for open-source software solutions
• Effective communication skills in English
• Familiarity with Ubuntu or Debian
