Internship – Content Writer - Remote

Overview

This internship offers an opportunity for aspiring writers to create content for CannaOne's publication, focusing on the cannabis industry.

In Short

• Participate in content creation for a print and online publication.
• Work independently and collaboratively with fellow interns.
• Commit to a minimum of 2-4 hours a week.
• Contribute to various subdivisions of CannaOne based on interest.
• Assist with Brand Showcase projects and outreach to brand partners.
• Unpaid internship with potential stipend opportunities.
• Exposure to internal opportunities as the company grows.
• Writing experience and knowledge of the cannabis industry are preferred.
• Social media experience is a plus.
• Active portfolio of writing samples is a plus but not required.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of writing experience.
• Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or similar field.
• Able to commit a minimum of eight hours a week.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about the cannabis industry.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Collaborative skills for group assignments.
• Social media knowledge (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) is a plus.
• Active portfolio of writing samples/work is a plus but not required.
