In Short

• Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of our digital products.
• Develop, formulate, and convincingly present new product ideas for continuous portfolio development.
• Write and prioritize user stories and tickets for conceptual and technical requirements in close collaboration with the development team.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product strategy and vision.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure smooth communication between teams and departments.
• Coordinate closely with UX and UI design to ensure optimal user experience.
• Conduct usability tests with our customers to validate new features and optimize user experience.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, ideally in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of digital products and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Customer orientation and empathy.
• Experience with agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Fluent in German, English skills are a plus.
