Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at CANImmunize, you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring users get the help they need to navigate our digital immunization solutions, directly supporting healthcare providers and individuals.

In Short

  • Be the first point of contact for customers seeking support.
  • Engage with users via email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Manage support tickets proactively.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams.
  • Gather customer feedback and maintain help documentation.
  • Advocate for user needs to improve their experience.
  • Contribute to the success of immunization programs across Canada.
  • Work in a fully remote, flexible environment.
  • Be part of a mission-driven team focused on public health.

Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a related program.
  • Experience or academic exposure to healthcare (bonus if in public health).
  • Experience in a SaaS environment (bonus if for a health product).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Jira.
