Overview

The Senior Grants Manager is responsible for securing new and renewing existing grants to meet annual fundraising goals. This role involves leading the development of funding proposals, managing relationships with institutional donors, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.

Requirements

• Five years of grant and contract management experience.
• Strong skills in oral and written communication.
• Understanding of the grant lifecycle and grant writing techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and donor management software.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• Familiarity with Community Centric Fundraising principles is preferred.
