Overview

The Pricing Agreement Specialist will support procurement processes within the DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) to enhance the security of the nation’s cyber infrastructure.

• Provide procurement support to the Procurement Lead.
• Manage the development of software ELAs/Pricing Agreements.
• Act as a liaison to vendors and maintain relationships.
• Analyze agreements for cost savings and optimization opportunities.
• Conduct technology market research.
• Prepare and review pricing agreement documents.
• Track pricing agreement metrics.
• Ensure timely ordering and receipt of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of procurement support experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Federal procurement experience desired.
• Highly motivated and organized.
