The Technical Adoption Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them leverage VMware Cloud Foundation solutions to achieve their business objectives. This role involves driving customer engagement, providing technical guidance, and ensuring successful adoption of technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience.
• 8+ years of related experience required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as TAM or Solution Engineer.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-level virtualization.
• Ability to map solutions to customer business needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% regionally.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
