Waxer - Remote

Overview

The Waxer is responsible for performing skilled cleaning and maintenance tasks in a commercial or industrial environment, ensuring the facility is well-maintained and presentable.

In Short

• Perform daily interior cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with exterior cleaning and minor repairs.
• Notify management of any issues or repairs needed.
• Use cleaning agents and equipment safely and effectively.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Be available for on-call evening or weekend work.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the workspace.
• Travel between properties as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Some related cleaning experience is preferred.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable and observant with strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and moving objects.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
• Knowledge of safety protocols for cleaning and maintenance.
