Leasing Consultant, Multifamily (Multi-Site) - Remote

Overview

As a Leasing Consultant, you will play an important role with the onsite management team, generating interest in the community and building rapport with prospects and residents.

In Short

• Tour properties with prospects and answer questions about amenities.
• Drive sales by highlighting community quality and lifestyle.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for apartments.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver exceptional service to residents to exceed expectations.
• Perform office activities and coordinate rental paperwork.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Be organized and meet deadlines.
• Travel between properties as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Professional demeanor at all times.
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
