Janitor - Remote

Overview

The Janitor will perform a variety of custodial duties under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.

In Short

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Use light and heavy floor cleaning equipment.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
• Clean and dust furniture and fixtures.
• Wash windows and interior doors.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies.
• Monitor and report maintenance issues.
• Collect and dispose of trash daily.
• Perform snow removal as needed.
• Comply with COVID-related protocols.

Requirements

• No previous experience required.
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Must function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and pride in service delivery.
