Inside Sales Assistant (Part-Time) - Remote

Overview

The Inside Sales Assistant will be part of the sales team, handling administrative tasks and supporting B2B and retail customers with sales activities.

In Short

• Proactive support for B2B clients, including inquiries and offer creation.
• Order management for B2B and retail customers using ERP system Xentral.
• Collaboration with Supply Chain and Finance teams for invoicing.
• Back-office support for Key Account Management, including customer presentations.
• Data management and customer pricing updates.
• Ensure timely delivery of product samples to customers.
• Responsible for monthly reporting and analysis for sales decisions.

Requirements

• Commercial training or degree, with at least two years of B2B experience.
• Availability for at least 4 days a week, preferably mornings.
• Proactive and independent work ethic.
• Efficient and reliable with precise work habits.
• Strong communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a start-up environment and embrace challenges.
