Overview

The Customer Service Representative at BTSE is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support to clients across a multi-currency digital asset exchange and derivatives platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

In Short

  • Provide support to customers via various online communication channels.
  • Handle sensitive financial and account-related information with confidentiality.
  • Assist VIP account holders and onboarding partners with their inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to transactions and accounts.
  • Build and maintain FAQs and support documentation.
  • Work in a rotational schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in English and possibly other market-based languages.
  • Experience in Customer Service or BPO roles required.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce or digital retail is beneficial.
  • Willingness to work from home or at the office as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Good soft skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to think independently and resolve issues proactively.
  • Experience with CRM and live chat platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge in crypto or digital trading is an advantage.
  • Willing to work a rotational schedule.
