Staff Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Staff Consultant at Bryant Park Consulting, you will play a critical role in supporting the continuous improvement of the products and services provided to clients.

In Short

• Act as subject matter expert for service transition and delivery.
• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing requests within defined SLAs.
• Conduct regular account reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as primary lead/contact for assigned clients.
• Review contracts and monitor profitability.
• Lead initiatives to improve Managed Services delivery.
• Train and mentor team members on technical and functional skills.
• Advise clients on software functionality and best practices.
• Act as primary Technical Account Manager for key accounts.
• Design dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in relevant fields.
• 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience.
• NetSuite Certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP best practices.
• Familiarity with application integrations.
• Strong client and team interaction skills.
• Experience managing a team of consultants.
