Brokers' BackOffice is a Sydney based outsourcing firm specialised in handling loans processing for mortgage brokers operating in Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced loan processor to join our dynamic team.

• Understand and stay updated on lenders' policies and criteria.
• Conduct pricing requests and comparisons for competitive offers.
• Evaluate clients' financial situations for borrowing capacity.
• Engage in discussions with lender BDMs for loan scenarios.
• Verify all relevant documents provided by clients.
• Assess clients' income for accurate loan assessments.
• Prepare and lodge loan applications with lenders.
• Communicate with mortgage brokers and clients for information.
• Facilitate the loan process up to settlement.
• Handle post-settlement tasks and complex requests.
