Overview

Brillio is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner with expertise in Twilio and IVR systems to drive the development of customer communication platforms.

• Define and own the product roadmap for Twilio-based solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead the design and optimization of IVR flows.
• Utilize Twilio Insights for monitoring and improving call quality.
• Act as the liaison between technical teams and business units.

• Articulate product vision and maintain documentation.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
• Familiarity with telecom protocols and cloud platforms is a plus.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner in a SaaS or telecom environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Twilio APIs and tools.
• Deep understanding of IVR systems and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
