In Short

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 10–12 clients.
• Work closely with an offshore team leader.
• Engage in a double-review process for accuracy.
• Handle A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, payroll entries, and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate records for various businesses.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online daily.
• Communicate with clients and teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Meet internal standards for accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

• Experience in bookkeeping and financial management.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
