Overview

As a Product Manager at Brighte, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping lending offerings across consumer and commercial lending, ensuring affordability and compliance in a changing regulatory environment.

In Short

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of Brighte’s lending products.
• Understand customer segments and regulatory context to shape finance products.

• Work with Product, Engineering, and Design to build trusted lending journeys.

• Own the lending roadmap end-to-end, aligning features to key outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver predictable product outcomes.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of product management experience, ideally in finance or energy.
• Passionate about designing sustainable products in the clean energy space.
• Understanding of consumer credit, risk trade-offs, and compliance principles.
• Commercially savvy and data-informed, balancing operational delivery with strategy.
• Strong stakeholder instincts and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Self-starter with the ability to influence teams for better product outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
