HAP Tech supports and advises pharmaceutical manufacturers on how to navigate the challenges and complexities of the 340B program as well as other areas of the healthcare ecosystem. Our team is the established market leader in data and technology solutions for 340B-related issues and we support an impressive client base which includes the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in the US as well as early-stage biotech companies. Beyond our syndicated solutions, we also integrate and synthesize data to deliver unparalleled analytics and insights into various aspects of the 340B program and the pharmaceutical supply chain.

In Short

  • Seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join HAP Tech.
  • Responsible for all design elements of new platforms.
  • Work with a creative team to solve complex user experience problems.
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Lead and coach the design team to meet goals and deliver quality work.
  • Advocate for user needs while considering business goals.
  • Engage in ongoing design activities to improve processes.
  • Present at events to contribute to a healthy talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with remote project teams.
  • Submit a portfolio link with the application.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
  • Compelling portfolio demonstrating clean designs.
  • Experience in UX, Visual Design, or IA within multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analysis abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in dynamic conditions.
  • Ability to participate in collaborative team events.
