Software Engineer, AI - Remote

Overview

Brave is looking for an experienced software engineer, AI to help build our next generation of AI-powered browser features at Brave. We're seeking someone who can evaluate, integrate, and optimize state-of-the-art language models, while working closely with our browser development, design, and product teams.

In Short

• Lead technical evaluation and integration of new LLMs.
• Design and implement inference pipelines for AI features.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in ML model optimization.
• Strong software engineering background in Python.
• Experience with PyTorch or modern ML frameworks.

• Proven track record of shipping ML features.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

• 2 to 5 years of experience optimizing and deploying ML models.
• Strong software engineering background with production experience in Python.
• Extensive experience with PyTorch or other modern ML frameworks.
• Knowledge of on-device LLM deployment challenges.
• Proven track record of shipping ML features in consumer applications.
• Experience with model optimization and inference frameworks.
