Senior GenAI Integrated Designer - Remote

In Short

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digital and social.
• Design, layout, animate and refine digital marketing assets (static, animated, and video formats).
• Develop assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display using the Pencil platform.
• Take client briefs through all steps including insight, concept, copy, image & video generation.
• Optimize and adapt assets for multi-channel rollouts.
• Implement brand guidelines, ensuring visual quality and cohesion throughout every project.
• Respond constructively to feedback, using GenAI capabilities to rapidly iterate and improve designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design and GenAI trends.
• Oversee the quality and consistency of creative output.
• Continuously research and experiment with new GenAI tools.

Requirements

• Experience as an Integrated Designer with motion skills in an advertising agency or design studio.
• Proven Integrated Designer with motion portfolio.
• Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly.
• A critical eye for detail and strong judgment in evaluating briefs.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI-driven ideation and asset generation.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Figma).
• Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and project management skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to evolving creative technologies.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
