Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in advertising creative development
• Experience with GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong written English skills
• Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
• Access to reliable internet and computer
• Prior agency experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Optimism about the role of GenAI in creativity
• Knowledge sharing with other creatives
