Overview

Branch is seeking a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps operations, overseeing design, deployment, and optimization of our AWS-based infrastructure.

In Short

Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Manage and optimize containerized applications using Kubernetes.
Build, monitor, and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
Continuously monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Implement security best practices for infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure support.
Mentor and guide junior team members.
Create and maintain detailed documentation.

Requirements

A minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps or a similar role.
Strong background in cloud infrastructure and automation.
Experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda.
Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
Expertise in managing Kubernetes clusters.
Strong programming and scripting skills in Python or Bash.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like DataDog or Prometheus.
Experience with security posture improvement for cloud-native systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
