Requirements

• Experience managing complex, litigated homeowners claims.
• Strong negotiation and litigation strategy skills.
• Knowledge of extra-contractual exposure and bad faith allegations.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
• Experience leading distributed teams.
• Skilled in coverage analysis and damage evaluation.
• Familiarity with litigation management systems and estimating platforms.
• Licensed adjuster with multi-state experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
