Overview

As the Head of AI Engineering at BOI, you will lead the engineering function, design practices, manage engineers, and build infrastructure for high-quality AI applications.

In Short

Lead the global engineering function for AI products.
Design engineering practices and manage a team of engineers.
Work on enhancing systems and write code.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in leadership.
Experience in developing enterprise-grade AI tools.
Consulting experience required.
Expertise in back-end and/or full-stack development.
Hands-on experience with Python and AI applications.
Strong understanding of DevOps fundamentals.
Advanced English fluency and communication skills.
