Part-Time Member Service Representative - Remote

This part-time position involves providing excellent service to members, assisting with billing inquiries, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

• Update member contact information in systems
• Assist members with billing inquiries and transactions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent member service experience
• Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities
• Excellent keyboarding and writing skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
