ERP Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The ERP Project Manager will lead a multi-phase ERP modernization initiative aimed at consolidating and replacing fragmented legacy systems with a new cloud-based ERP platform.

In Short

• Lead all phases of the ERP project lifecycle using PMI-aligned best practices.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors.
• Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and executive sponsors.
• Design and execute the vendor selection strategy.
• Develop and implement a change adoption strategy for end users.
• Oversee day-to-day implementation tasks and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor data integrity, compliance, and business continuity throughout rollout.
• 10+ years of IT project management experience, including 3+ full-cycle ERP implementations.
• PMP certification required; Agile or hybrid delivery experience preferred.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT project management experience, including 3+ full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Demonstrated experience leading vendor selection processes.
• Strong background in change management and user adoption strategy.
• ERP experience in tribal government, public sector, or regulated industries.
• PMP certification required; Agile or hybrid delivery experience preferred.
• Proficiency with platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or UKG.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
