Blue Heron Programs is seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavioralist to join our team supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In Short

• Hybrid position requiring remote work and in-person sessions in Sacramento/Davis areas.
• Assess clients in their natural environments to identify behavior challenges.
• Create individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on client progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and support teams.
• Provide training and support to clients and staff.
• Stay updated on new techniques in the ABA field.
• Consistent daytime hours, no evenings or weekends.
• Guaranteed 20 hours/week with predictable scheduling.

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification or equivalent qualifications.
• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• 3 years of experience providing behavior support services.
