Behavioral Specialist RBT - Remote

Overview

The Behavioral Specialist position will serve as a second responder for blended mobile crisis dispatches, providing community-based, face-to-face, rapid response to children and adults with behavioral health conditions, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and/or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in an active state of crisis.

In Short

• Immediate openings for 1 full time and 1 part time position.
• Support the BCBA’s assessment process and complete behavior assessments.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with law enforcement.
• Attend individual and group meetings with BCBAs.
• Complete all required trainings for Behavior Specialists and RBTs.
• Comply with legal and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with approved vendors for non-emergency transport.
• Prepare electronic reports on critical incidents.
• Maintain credential and certification, adhering to ethics requirements.
• Work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in behavioral support evaluation.
• Experience with individualized treatment programming and behavior plans.
• Master’s degree in a social services-related field.
• Must maintain RBT certification.
