Overview

The Manager of Pediatric Clinical Programs will oversee the Integrated Clinical Management activities, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations while promoting cost-effective outcomes.

2-3 years’ supervisory experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
Active RN license or equivalent behavioral health license.
Certification in case management post-supervision.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Data analytics skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
