• Lead and drive the development of the Supply Chain practice for Data Science.
• Proactively drive client interest and deliver presentations to client prospects.
• Act as an internal domain expert regarding supply chain optimization challenges.
• Problem-solve to translate business problems into workable Data Science solutions.
• Provide ethical leadership that motivates direct reports and develops their skills.
• Directly manage project work and overall performance.
• Interview, hire, and train new employees to grow the practice.
• Develop a practice growth plan including milestones and risks.
• Oversee the development of analytics tools for high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• MS degree in Statistics, Math, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 10+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain Optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to visualize data.
• Comfortable with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, Google).
