Business Analyst (PEGA, NBA Planning & Implementation) - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in scaling the Next Best Action (NBA) program on the PEGA Customer Decision Hub platform, ensuring alignment between business goals and backend data capabilities.

In Short

• Lead quarterly and annual NBA planning.
• Define prioritization criteria and facilitate forums with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the NBA release calendar.
• Map backend dependencies to NBA releases.
• Manage the full lifecycle of NBA launches in PEGA.
• Capture business objectives and develop project plans.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams.
• Publish regular status reports and communicate risks.
• Ensure escalation paths and SLAs are defined.
• Serve as the day-to-day Pega point of contact for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience in technology projects.
• 4+ years with PEGA CDH/NBA programs.
• Strong background in roadmap planning and governance.
• Expertise in aligning backend data capabilities with business roadmaps.
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery lifecycle in Pega.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to function effectively across business and technical teams.
