Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced experience in content design skills.
• Advanced knowledge of UX process and craft skills.
• Experience tackling undefined, complex challenges with strategic mindset.
• Prior experience mentoring junior team members.
• Proficiency with design software such as Figma, Miro, Adobe.
• Master's degree in Design or related field (preferred).
• Experience with design systems and pattern libraries (preferred).
• Knowledge of emerging design trends and technologies (preferred).
• Experience in government or public sector projects (preferred).
