• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy evaluations
• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active occupational therapy licensure in Virginia
• Certification of Clinical Competence from AOTA
• Ability to complete 60-minute evaluations
• Flexible schedule including morning and evening availability
