• We are hiring in all 50 states to provide services for clients in California.
• Remote Occupational Therapist responsible for providing therapy services via telehealth.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide remote therapy services to help patients achieve their goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA compliance.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for therapy sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development in occupational therapy.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy.
• Comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
