Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and other motion design tools.
• Strong sense of storytelling and visual composition.
• Proven ability to lead creative direction.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced work.
