Senior Motion Designer - Remote

Overview

The marketing team at Fanatee is expanding to support the growing demand and constant production of our games. We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer with a keen eye for art direction focused on motion, capable of going beyond animating static pieces: someone who thinks about the visual language from concept to final delivery, leading the development of videos and templates that elevate the quality of our ads.

In Short

• Conceive, direct, and animate videos for ads of mobile games.
• Act as a reference for motion art direction, defining visual language.
• Create and maintain templates in After Effects/Premiere.
• Produce and adapt animated and static banners.
• Create social media content aligned with UA campaigns.
• Contribute to standardization and organization of the pipeline.
• Support junior team members in technical and creative growth.

Requirements

• Mastery of Adobe software with a focus on motion design.
• Solid experience in video production and digital content.
• Strong design foundation (typography, composition, visual hierarchy).
• Attention to detail and good file management practices.
• Portfolio demonstrating technical mastery and art direction.
• Advanced or fluent English for internal communication.
• Senior-level experience with autonomy in creative decisions.
