In Short

• This is a remote role based in Indonesia, working closely with our HQ in Malaysia and cross-functional regional teams.
• You’ll operate across the stack, from backend logic and integration to frontend delivery.
• Your work ensures our models are not only intelligent, but also safe, trustworthy, and impactful at scale.
• Fine-tune & Adapt diffusion models using LoRA, DreamBooth, and other methods.
• Curate large-scale image datasets for safe and aligned generation.
• Develop pipelines to measure fidelity, diversity, style adherence, and safety.
• Apply GPU memory optimization and distributed training for efficient scaling.
• Ship diffusion-powered features into production with monitoring.
• Collaborate with product and design to integrate generative vision capabilities.
• Enjoy a flat structure and real ownership in a high-impact role.

Requirements

• Strong experience with diffusion models and generative vision.
• Hands-on skills with DreamBooth, LoRA/QLoRA, and fine-tuning methods.
• Proficiency with PyTorch (preferred).
• Experience in dataset preparation (captioning, tagging, filtering).
• Knowledge of GPU optimization and efficient training techniques.
• Strong foundations in software engineering and clean code practices.
