• Lead teams in managing clients’ Bitsight and TPRM programs.
• Act as a primary point of contact for Third Party Risk and Security Risk strategy.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic analysis of third party risk management.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Sales, and Product teams.
• Develop materials and presentations for executive-level reporting.
• Support clients in achieving business goals through Key Performance Indicators.
• Manage multiple projects to completion.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Act as an expert for both internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of client-facing experience or equivalent.
• 2+ years in TPRM, cybersecurity, or information risk management.
• Experience in project management.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to obtain industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
• CISSP certification is preferred.
• Experience with conducting third party risk assessments is preferred.
