Requirements

• 1 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or PMO/PM in Oracle HCM projects.
• Experience in project specification gathering and analysis.
• Ability to organize project meetings.
• Excellent command of English.
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in international teams.
