In Short

• Oversee daily operations of exchange wallets, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and resolve delays or failures.
• Maintain operational uptime of exchange wallets.
• Coordinate and complete network upgrades, token events and testing with no issues.
• Collaborate with the security team to respond to incidents and implement safeguards.
• Monitor Internal Alerts and enhance monitoring system to detect security or high risk events.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze transaction data to identify trends and recommend system improvements.
• Work with Customer Support to resolve wallet-related user inquiries.
• Partner with Stakeholders across various departments to solve customer pain-points and enhance our product.

Requirements

• 2+ years in crypto wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, or a related role.
• Proficiency with blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan).
• Understanding of UTXO, EVM, and multi-signature wallets.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment.
